How to Order 購物流程

1) After you have selected your favorite product(s), please go to the shopping cart to confirm the selected product and the purchase quantity, and then click "Next" to select the delivery method.

2) For customers who need delivery services, please pay attention to whether the delivery location needs to pay additional freight, and customers can also choose to pick it up at our company. For details, please refer to "Delivery Fees and Delivery Arrangements".

3) Fill in the customer's "name", "e-mail address", "phone number" and "delivery address".

4) If the paying customer is not the consignee, please fill in the "Consignee Name" and "Telephone Number". If you have any special requirements or specific delivery dates, please leave a message in the "Remarks", without specifying The delivery date will be treated as the order with the fastest delivery date. If you have any questions about the order or want to change the delivery date after the order is confirmed, please notify us as soon as possible.

5) After completing the form, click "Next" to select the payment method. After paying by credit card, the customer will receive an email notification of the completion of the order. Please record the order number. Customers who choose bank posting will receive a shopping receipt email, please deposit to the designated account within 1 day, and send us the payment proof by Whatsapp. When the order payment is confirmed, we will contact the customer on the same day or the next working day to confirm the order content and notify the delivery arrangement.

2）需配送服務客戶敬請留意送貨地點是否需繳付附加運費，客戶亦可選擇到本公司自取。詳情請參閱「送貨費用及送貨安排」內容

3）填上客戶「姓名」、「電郵地址」、「電話號碼」及「送貨地址」

4）若付款客戶非收貨者時，敬請填上「收貨人姓名」及「電話號碼」，如有任何特別要求或特定送貨日子等，敬請在「備註」上留言，沒註明送貨日子將會當作以最快送貨日之訂單處理，訂單確認後如對訂單有疑問或欲更改送貨日子，敬請盡快通知我們

5）填寫完畢後再按「下一步」選擇付款方式，利用信用卡付款客戶完成付款後將會收到訂購完成之電郵通知，敬請將訂單號碼記錄。 如選擇銀行過帳之客戶將會收到購物收據電郵，敬請在1天內入數到指定帳戶，完成後將入數記錄上載到電郵內指定連結便可。 當訂單貨款被確認後，當日或下一個工作日會有專人聯絡客戶確認訂單內容及通知送貨安排等事宜
